Here are some links that you might find useful. I will keep these links as up to date as possible. If there are any others that you feel would be useful to all employees, let me know and I will put it on this page. Florida Accounting & Information Resource (FLAIR) This website will allow you to gain access to your paycheck stubs, any reimbursements, tuition waivers and your W-4 form. When you go to this page you will need to click on "New to Employee's Information Center", this will allow you to create a PIN for a secure logon. Once this is completed go to the link below "Employee's Information Center Logon". Florida Retirement System (My FRS) This is the state retirement system site. You can check the progress of your retirement plan. If you are in the investment plan, you can change your outlook, how much invested, even talk with an advisor. A long time ago, the State mailed every one of us user ID's. If you do not have this user ID, simply call 1-866-663-4735 and speak to a representative. They will help you get signed on right away. This system is great for checking your current health benefits and insurance benefits. You can check your dependant information, address on file, etc. You can reorder benefit packets from here or you can open the benefit packets right online. They will open in Adobe Acrobat, which all of you have. This site is very useful. You can also see the HR Policies for State of Florida employees. Here is an updated list of the county approved classes. If you see one that you would like, fill out the enrollment form, have your immediate supervisor approve and sign and then give to me. I will make a copy, schedule your class on the calendar and then send down for enrollment. Here is a link to your office email, so you can check your email from home. Criminal Score Sheet on Internet Explorer This is only the public access version. You will not find information on current cases. You can use your regular username and password to access this system.
