Public Records Request

Florida Public Records Law, Chapter 119, Florida Statutes, requires that our office permit inspection and copying of public records maintained by this office. “…any reasonable time, under reasonable conditions, and under supervision.” Consistent with our responsibilities as a public office, it is the policy of this office to fully comply with our statutory obligations. Accordingly, we will make a good faith effort to assure a full and expeditious response for records maintained by this agency.

  • Unless otherwise specified, your records request will be provided via a Microsoft OneDrive link.
  • Effective 4/20/2026, our office will no longer furnish access to Axon links, bodycam, or dashcam footage.  Please contact the investigating agency to obtain this information.

 

Fee Schedule

  • $25.00/hour for Personnel services (including research, redacting, other processing)
  • $50.00/hour Information Technology (IT) services (including e-mail searches)
  • $  0.15/hard copy page (when applicable)
  • $  5.00/CD
  • $10.00/DVD
  • $15.00/Blu-Ray
  • Flash Drives at current market rates
  • Current Postal/Shipping Rates

 

You may be able to obtain your desired documents from the Clerk of Courts websites, free of charge, as they post their images online in most cases.
