The Florida Attorney General’s Office, Victim Services: Administers the Victim Compensation Program, The Address Confidentiality Program and provides post-conviction victim services during appeals process and during death penalty proceedings.

The Florida Department of Corrections, Victim Services: Administers the VINE Program and provides post-conviction victim services when defendant is sentenced to state prison and/or state probation.

VINE (Victim Information and Notification Everyday): 24-hour toll free, anonymous, automated telephone system to provide information on whether an offender is in custody and where. You can also register to be notified of the release of the offender.

Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD): provides support and advocacy to victims or families affected by impaired driving.

Courthouse Therapy Dogs: Specially trained dogs through the Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare Animal Therapy Program partner with The State Attorney’s office and Court Administration to provide victims and witnesses comfort and reassurance before, during and after depositions, hearings, meetings at courthouse and trials in specified cases.
